By accessing or using hammondsfinancial.com (the "Site") or any services provided by Hammonds Financial LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Hammonds Financial LLC is a real estate solutions company. We purchase residential properties for cash and connect off-market investment opportunities with qualified investor buyers. We are not your real estate agent, broker, attorney, or financial advisor unless we agree to that role in a separate written agreement.

Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer to purchase or sell any property. Any cash offer we provide is non-binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement. Investor opportunities are offered subject to availability and qualification.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use our services or submit information through the Site.

You represent that any information you submit (property address, contact info, ownership status, investor criteria) is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. You grant us a limited license to use that information to provide our services to you.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our forms), you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Hammonds Financial LLC at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Messages may include follow-ups to your property inquiry, cash offers, closing updates, and investor opportunities.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies (typically 2–6 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We never sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Hammonds Financial name — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information is complete or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hammonds Financial LLC and its members, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

Except for claims that may be brought in small-claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, our services, or any communications between us (including SMS messages) shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You and Hammonds Financial LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to hammondsfinancial@gmail.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
