Our Story
Hammonds Financial LLC was founded in 2019 by Marcus Hale, a third-generation builder who spent a decade watching homeowners get cornered into bad deals — by aggressive wholesalers, by rushed agents, by predatory investors knocking on doors after a hurricane.
The model is straightforward: make a fair offer, write everything down, close at a reputable title company, and treat every seller the way you'd want your own parents treated. Eleven years and 240+ closings later, more than 60% of our deals come from referrals — the highest compliment we know how to earn.
On the buyer side, we keep our private list small and serious. Investors who close when we tell our sellers they will. It's a quieter way to run the business, but it's built a market reputation that does the marketing for us.
