• Property address and details you share when requesting an offer
• Investment criteria you provide when joining our buyers list

We also automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited through standard web analytics.

• To respond to inquiries and prepare cash offers on your property
• To match investor buyers with available off-market properties
• To send transactional and marketing SMS or email messages you opt in to

When you provide your mobile number and opt in (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on a form), we may send you recurring automated text messages about your property inquiry, cash offers, closing updates, or investor opportunities. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency typically ranges from 2–6 messages per month and may be higher during an active transaction.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes — this information is not shared with our investor buyers or any other party except the SMS delivery providers listed below. We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Title companies, attorneys, and closing agents involved in a transaction
• Vetted investor buyers — only property information and only with your permission. Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are never shared with investor buyers.
• Service providers under written confidentiality (see subprocessors below)
• Government authorities when required by law

Current subprocessors:

• HighLevel (LeadConnector) — CRM, email, and SMS delivery
• Twilio — SMS / voice carrier infrastructure
• Google Workspace — email and document storage
• Google Analytics & Google Search Console — website analytics

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet legal obligations. Typical retention periods:

• Closed real estate transaction records: up to 7 years (per state recordkeeping rules)
• Unmatched seller or investor inquiries: up to 24 months
• SMS opt-in consent records: at least 4 years after opt-out (per TCPA recordkeeping guidance)
• Website analytics: up to 14 months

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

Depending on your state of residence (including Texas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah), you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect about you
• Access, correct, or delete your personal information
• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising
